Court Advocacy
The Court Advocate provides guidance to individuals who are unfamiliar with the courthouse and its procedures. Court Advocates assist with obtaining court orders, and are available to accompany victims to court hearings.
A Court Advocate is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with filling out the forms, filing the Protective Order with the Court Clerk’s Office and
attending the Emergency and Final Protective Order Hearings.
