Emergency Shelter

The YWCA Crisis Center provides emergency shelter to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. The center is staffed 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by highly-trained, qualified and caring staff. The shelter is a highly-secure and confidential facility protected by a monitoring system.

The facility is a community living environment which means clients share a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom facilities, children’s playroom, teen room and laundry room. The bathroom facilities include several shower and toilet stalls along with lockers for personal items. The kitchen also includes lockers for personal food items.
