    The Victim Services Unit supports crime victims and their families by providing information, connection to local services, and direct assistance throughout the criminal process.

    Compensation fund set up for victims who have suffered physical or psychological injury due to a violent crime that occurred anywhere in the state of Oklahoma.

  • Oklahoma Address Confidentiality Program

    Provides a substitute address for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking to use for documents, school, work or even as a home address. The substitute address consoles victims from their perpetrator by preventing the perpetrator from using government records to find their victims.

  • Oklahoma VINE Criminal Tracking and Victim Notification System

    Crime Victims have the right to utilize the automated notification system to receive information on the location of the defendant following arrest, during prosecution, during a sentence to probation or confinement and when there is any release or escape from confinement.
