YWCA Enid is preparing for our annual luncheon and purse auction—Purses with Purpose, our signature fundraising event. Join us on Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Stride Bank Center’s Grand Ballroom.

Doors open at 11:00 AM so guests can browse our exclusive silent auction featuring luxury and designer purses, along with unique specialty items. Lunch will be served at 11:45 AM, and the program begins at noon.

This year, we are honored to feature a local survivor as our keynote speaker. Her story will be the second in our Stories of Hope series—an impactful way we share the real and courageous journeys of survivors in our community. By bravely telling her story, she is giving voice to the experience of so many and reminding us of the strength it takes to heal. Her message will be at the heart of this year’s Purses with Purpose event, inspiring us all to continue standing with survivors and supporting their path forward.

The event will also include the announcement of the 2025 Woman of the Year and YWCA’s Volunteer of the Year.

Funds raised support YWCA Enid’s Crisis Center, providing free emergency services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking—including shelter, sexual assault forensic exams, counseling, advocacy, and legal aid for survivors and their children.
